This was an amazing hotel and our family had a nice experience. It had a small kitchen with all of the utensils and has nice and cozy beds. The breakfast was scrumptious and this place is highly recommended.
Comfortable and clean, excellent breakfast selection and unsurpassed service. I travel extensively and found my stay relaxing, able to sleep better than anywhere I have stopped before and a calming environment that even allowed my Service Dog to relax. No complaints whatsoever!
As a lifetime Marriott platinum traveler, I think this hotel is a great option. Staff was nice, breakfast was fine, rooms were clean. It’s on a base so I didn’t have high expectations but it was great. Would stay again.
It is on Leonard Wood military base. Non military can book a room here if you are coming for a graduation and you do the security clearance form. There was plenty of parking but not right at the check in lobby. The rooms are spacious. There is a full fridge, microwave, stove top, dishes, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The room was very clean and everything was modern. The beds were comfortable. The room didn't have any light coming in around the window. Very nice.
Cassandra is an absolutely phenomenal manager. She perfectly balances managerial duties with the most welcoming cheery disposition I've yet seen. When it comes to ensuring guests' satisfaction, Cassandra misses nothing and what more could one ask for in a hotel manager? I am beyond impressed and will continue to recommend this location to friends and family visiting from out of town, every time. Thanks for an incredible experience!
We have been staying at this hotel for nearly 2 weeks and it is excellent. Really a home away from home. Rooms are clean, comfortable, have full kitchens, and updated bathrooms. Wifi is fast and reliable allowing me to work during the day. Breakfast is included. Hotel is pet friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
Exceptional Service, and stay. Calm, quiet, relaxing environment, only issue was the pillow case wasn't clean, that was quickly resolved by hotel staff. Hotel staff and front desk agents we're very welcoming, friendly, professional and provided exceptional service in all aspects. Highly recommend staying here and will stay here again as needed
Stayed in a dbl queen room, travelling with my 20+ yr old son while transferring him from his first duty station to his new station. We stayed one night, the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was excellent and made it easy to visit the base. The room was clean and well furnished. The breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional. This was my 2nd time staying here and I was happy to come back again. Overall very happy with our stay. We will stay again next time we are in the area. Thank you to the staff.
